Throughout his 15 years of experience, Scott Waddell has made substantial contributions to major renovations, new construction and modernization projects for numerous higher-education and healthcare clients. Scott provides strong leadership and technical skills with a focus on reducing the embodied and operational carbon of buildings. As a LEED AP, WELL AP, and Certified Passive House Designer, his approach centers on crafting high-performance envelopes with verifiable airtightness, designing for occupant wellbeing, thermal and visual comfort, and working with engineers, energy modelers, and other stakeholders to meet the project energy goals.
