The reasons for my passion for work have changed. As a young engineer, I was all about problem-solving and elegant solutions. Now, though I still enjoy tackling technical challenges, most of my passion stems from helping younger engineers develop within the profession.
With 25 years of industry experience, Scott is the Office Engineering Leader for the DC and Baltimore offices. As a technical guide and resource, he leads design direction and assists engineers and designers on a variety of projects in the commercial, healthcare, higher education and science and technology markets to ensure the best solutions for his clients. Scott is a member of ASHRAE and a registered peer and a third-party reviewer in local jurisdictions.
