With a unique skill set that combines nursing experience with organizational development, Roxanne is passionate about transition work that helps healthcare providers and organizations recognize and implement better, more efficient ways to deliver care. She has a keen interest in guiding hospital departments in the development of a future vision and the steps required to realize those goals, whether the work impacts a single department or the entire organization.

Roxanne is an accomplished administrator with significant experience leading initiatives, building teams, and improving and expanding operational performance and quality care in clinical and non-clinical environments. She has a unique combination of education and experience in operations, large-scale project management, and budgeting/fiscal management. As the campus development administrator at Woman’s Hospital, Roxanne played a key role in planning, directing, and transitioning their $327M hospital project. In her 20 years with Women’s Hospital, Roxanne gained deep expertise in managing clinical services, achieving positive financial, customer service, and quality clinical outcomes. She received her Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. Roxanne is also certified in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing by the NCC.
