Innovation is driving much of the growth we’re seeing in Texas, and local organizations are seeking buildings and solutions that match and fuel that innovation. I love finding new ways for CannonDesign’s innovative design process to help these organizations leverage design to imagine and execute bold new futures.
As our Dallas Office Leader, Randy guides our Dallas efforts by working with local and firm leaders to grow and develop our practice. He is deeply focused on mentoring staff, building new client relationships across health, education and science industries in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, and developing innovative design solutions.
He brings nearly 40 years experience building teams and driving business results, having previously led Stantec’s healthcare practice in Texas, and spending several years in the Middle East. While he’s work all around the globe on large-scale health, education and retail projects, Randy says nothing beats practicing design in Texas.
