With a passion for improving student opportunities and building stronger communities, Paul Mills helps school leaders make important decisions by aligning their vision and goals with objective data and stakeholder voice. He empowers clients to challenge their assumptions about the status quo, engage in design-thinking and open dialogue, and develop collaborative, transformative scenarios. A self-professed data-geek and provocateur, Paul brings 24 years of AEC experience as a program manager and operational strategist serving the educational market, and has helped dozens of large-scale educational clients nationwide solve complex operational and facility challenges. Paul serves as leads CannonDesign’s national pre-referendum and master planning in the PK-12 market.
