Nicholas Mineo is a compliance officer at CannonDesign. In his role, Nicholas focuses on operationalizing process improvements with respect to corporate governance, risk and compliance. He also assists with the full gamut of domestic and international projects from a compliance perspective, including conducting risk-based due diligence; specializes in FCPA, anti-bribery and anti-corruption initiatives and conflict resolution.
