A gifted and proven healthcare planner, Milly works with organizations across the East Coast to help them achieve their goals and reach new heights. She has more than two decades of experience designing health facilities of all types, with an expertise in LEAN design and a passion for working closely with core users: patients and their families, nurses and doctors.

Milly has extensive design work across the New England region and she served as the department head for Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Facilities Planning and Design Department where she gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of the operational forces that shape capital and long-term facilities planning.
