Margaret Bailey, MBA

Maggie is a Vice President and the Strategic Practice Manager for our Health Practice. She works across the practice and the firm to identify innovative partnerships, develop and validate growth strategies and uncover new opportunities to transform the future of healthcare.

Her recent work includes leading the Whole Child, Every Child initiative and assisting with CannonDesign Shield development. She co-created the firm’s Inclusive Partner Program, which includes CannonDesign Collective, focused on knowledge sharing, professional development and relationship building between participating XBE firms and CannonDesign. She also serves on CannonDesign’s DEI Council as well as co-leads the employee resource group Women @ CannonDesign.

Outside of the firm, Maggie is a network leader for the Lean In Network St. Louis, a part of the global program founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower women and girls to achieve their ambitions. She volunteers her time with Ronald McDonald House Charities St. Louis and is president emeritus of its’ young professional organization, Red Shoe Society. She was named to the 2021 St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List.
