I am passionate about my work because it connects the many aspects of our profession. I am able to engage with thought leaders in technology, creative design and particular building typologies. As a manager, I am truly passionate about connecting many aspects of a complex design team and using those connections to bring value to our clients.
As executive director of business strategies and one of our firm’s most experienced project leaders, Jose Silva is focused on continually improving our business practices to ensure we are best prepared to meet our clients’ evolving needs. He applies his experience partnering with institutional, government and commercial clients throughout North America to continually advance our approach to project management, alternative delivery, risk management, forecasting and staffing.
Most recently, Jose served as the project principal for the Centre hospitalier de l’Universite de Montreal (CHUM) — the largest healthcare project currently under construction in North America.
