With her proven track record for identifying workflow and operations challenges and developing creative strategic solutions and achieving benchmarks in performance improvement, Deirdre is a skilled equipment planner who is passionate about improving workflow processes through the integration of technology. She uses unsurpassed interpersonal skill and an adept ability to collaborate with various levels of management, including hospital administration, medical staff, executive, divisional and departmental leadership and employees on all levels within the organization. Prior to leading equipment planning at Blue Cottage of CannonDesign, Deirdre spent 15 years in healthcare project management, design and construction. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University School of Architecture & Planning and Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
