David brings more than 30 years of experience creating successful retail environments for his clients. With a particular emphasis on the renovation of existing centers, David is dedicated to analyzing, understanding and implementing  compliance of relevant code and other requirements. This unique set of skills and focus enables David to help clients execute highly complex design efforts that appear seemingly effortless. David has worked on key retail efforts including the Shops and Hotel at North Bridge, Oakwood Center Expansion and the Southland Mall.
