Craig A. Hamilton, FAIA, LEED AP
For as long as I can remember I have had an interest in architecture and design, and a belief that design was important for the good of society. Growing up, I learned the power of education to transform lives from the example of my parents - public school teachers who each were the first of their generation to attend college where I was not only a direct beneficiary of their opportunities, but saw their impact on students.
Working on educational projects continues to be a great opportunity to combine my passion and learning to do work in the service of an essential building block of our collective future. Collaborating with college staff, administration, faculty, and especially students to solve their problems is invigorating and challenging. When we see this work helping them achieve their educational goals, it is extremely gratifying.
Craig Hamilton distinguishes himself as an engaged leader capable of guiding institutions through the full range of project delivery, from programming through design and construction. With a focus on the programming and planning of higher education facilities, Craig brings more than 30 years of experience in the creation of valuable, award-winning facilities that improve the student experience on campus.
