Brandy Houston, MEng

A strategic problem solver with a relentless passion for improving human experiences, Brandy is a dynamic project leader from strategy through successful and iterative execution, thriving on co-creation with multidisciplinary teams using human-centered design, process optimization, change management, and/or analytical techniques. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Operational Improvement and has implemented multiple presentation discussions on healthcare and process improvement has received “Building, Design, and Construction’s 40 Under 40” award in 2016 and “AIA Academy of Architecture for Health and the Next Generation Committee’s Under 40” award in 2015. Prior to joining Blue Cottage, Brandy was a Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Estée Lauder in New York, and an Associate Vice President, Managing Director of Operations Design at HDR Architecture in New York, and Manager at Nebraska Medicine. She received her Master of Engineering with a Concentration in Management Engineering and Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
