As one of the leading entertainment companies of our time, Showtime required an innovative West Coast Headquarters at The Lot Studios in West Hollywood that could fuel their creative culture long into the future.

The dynamic 50,000-sf, two-story workplace offers stunning views of the Hollywood Hills and is equipped with interactive meeting areas, a central social hub cafe, new work spaces for employees with cutting-edge technology, and a state-of-the-art screening room. The space fosters creative breakthroughs and helps Showtime recruit and retain top talent in their industry. Here is a full design narrative for the project.

“It was important for us to create a space that inspires employees to do their best work and encourages collaboration. With the help of CannonDesign we were able to create that atmosphere at The Lot,” explains Jana Winograde, President of Showtime Entertainment. “When you see the new space, it came out exactly as we had hoped.”
