Debbie has more than 30 years of healthcare strategy, operations, facilities planning, and transition and activation experience which is grounded in Lean philosophy and based on a belief that all individuals have a right to high-quality, cost-efficient health services. Debbie’s interest in value-based care and social determinants of health has led her to pursue an advance degree in Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins University. Debbie comes to us having worked most recently as a Director with Catalyst/FreemwanWhite, a Haskell Company.
She is an experienced leader who works to build a culture of high-performing, collaborative teams that partner with healthcare clients to create value-added solutions. Debbie says that she looks forward to working across the entire Blue Cottage and CannonDesign service spectrum to deliver innovative integrated solutions to respond to our clients’ most pressing needs given the constantly evolving healthcare marketplace.
When not working or studying, Debbie enjoys hiking, cooking and hanging out with her family and friends.
