We are thrilled to announce that Alex White has joined Blue Cottage of CannonDesign as Vice President, Workplace Strategy and Change.
Based out of Indianapolis, Ind., Alex is a notable force for catalyzing strategic research and design to dramatically improve workplace performance and writing the business case for change. His past roles have been in various industries from life sciences, healthcare, education and technology and for organizations such as Eli Lilly and Co., Cummins Inc. and Indiana University Health.
Blue Cottage’s Workplace Strategy and Change team is built on more than a decade’s worth of workplace research, innovation and implementation to achieve desired business goals. Alex’s past experience in determining patient needs for a healthcare system, patient journey mapping and more will bolster our team and provide clients with comprehensive and tangible improvements and outcomes.
