Stacey will speak on the Design & Construction Innovations panel at 9:45 a.m. alongside other local architects and construction managers.
In addition to being a leader in our Denver office, Stacey uses her experience and expertise in Mental and Behavioral Health design to make spaces that provide quality care for all. In addition to inpatient and outpatient behavioral health design expertise, she’s also worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers and university teaching clinics.
Recently, Stacey authored a piece for the CREJ on improving access to mental healthcare in Colorado. She wrote, “Providing dedicated, thoughtfully designed spaces for these resources can help make students feel safe and confident in receiving care without stigma and allow counselors to know that their important work is not an afterthought in the school system.” Stacey also elaborated on this cause on the Alternative Design podcast with fellow mental health designer Stephanie Vito.
