As the pandemic and its shockwaves persist, so does the increased demand for mental health resources and care. Shary will take part in a discussion on addressing this need and the next generation of mental health facilities with fellow design and clinician leaders from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and more on Wednesday, September 29 at 11am EST. The panel is part of a broader free workshop being offered by the Center for Health Design.
The workshop will “provide the latest in design thinking for behavioral health care and settings and offers state-of-the-art best practices through thought leader presentations, case studies, and panel discussions. Attendees will have opportunities to pose questions to workshop faculty and interact with fellow attendees in fun and innovative ways.”
Shary is one of the leaders within our Mental and Behavioral Health Practice. She has more than 30 years of design experience specializing in healthcare planning and architecture and leads integrated healthcare design teams and designing for behavioral health.
