CannonDesign’s Patrick Mahoney will be presenting at the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Winter Conference & Exhibition on January 22 in Tampa, FL, along with Henry Franc, RCDD, OSP, CDCDP. He and Franc presented on the topic, “Lean Process Improvement – How to positively Impact Your Projects and Business” at the BICSI Canadian Conference in 2016 and was so well received, they were invited to present the same topic again at the International conference.
Below is the project abstract:
During this seminar, we will explore process improvement techniques to help Information & Communications Technology (ICT) users optimize their processes as they relate to ICT systems deployment. The seminar will also provide the ICT professional community with strategies and techniques to align their offerings with client needs. By working together and with collaborative goals, projects can be implemented more quickly, efficiently, and with increased value to all involved. Using the example of a data center deployment will provide real-world, concrete examples for participants.
In addition to presenting at the conference, Mahoney will also be overseeing a committee meeting on the BICSI Healthcare Standards. He and the committee are upgrading the standard for the entire BICSI organization.
