The presenters will specifically highlight how the County of Riverside, CA effectively accelerated the delivery of three community libraries in separate communities over the past years. To expedite the projects, the County packaged them together and deployed a Public-Private Partnership (P3) model following a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) process.
The presentation will introduce the decision-making process the owner employed when exploring P3 partnerships, discuss the strategies the DBFOM team used to ensure full collaboration among disciplines, and share lessons learned that can be applied to future P3 projects.
Joining Brandon at the presentation will be key leaders from CFP3, Omni West Group, McCarthy Building Companies and County of Riverside.
The presentation takes place on Tues, Sept. 14 at 4 PM CT in Dallas, TX as part of the 2021 P3C conference. More information is available online.
