As leader of CannonDesign’s Western New York Health Practice, I wanted to take a minute to let you know about our health practice’s expanded and comprehensive service offerings to better serve our clients and the issues they are facing – including access to funding, aging infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, increased competition, reduced reimbursements, population health, improving patient experience and consumerism.  Our healthcare knowledge and expertise stems from helping organizations across the nation achieve their strategic goals in pursuing the Triple Aim.  We have expanded our design teams to include practicing licensed clinical health care professionals, operational, data and business analysts, researchers and subject matter experts in a number of specializations, including behavioral health, post-acute care, emergency medicine, ambulatory care and master planning.

We also understand the current healthcare climate across the country and in New York State, specifically surrounding CMS reforms and DSRIP.  We have recently worked with many clients across New York State and the country to help them obtain millions of dollars in annual operational savings, assess the current state of their operations and chart a course for future success.
