Our Baltimore architecture and engineering office is located down the street from the city’s famous Inner Harbor. We are a tight-knit group that loves collaborating together, learning from each other and balancing work and play. Our employees are introduced to all aspects of project development, from marketing, planning, schematic design, design documentation and construction administration. Additionally, we have great mentors who are seasoned in technical and design capabilities. Working predominantly in the healthcare and higher education markets, our teams are never siloed and instead move around to gain valuable experience on multiple typologies.
