As an extension of our architecture and engineering services, we are uniquely qualified with in-house capabilities to provide clients the rigorous Whole Building Commissioning (WBCx) services required for a high-performance building across market sectors. We enhance project delivery by focusing the team on the requirements of acceptance for turnover and operations beginning on day one. From planning and design through construction and occupancy, we provide technical and project management expertise to document and verify all operational expectations and performance goals are achieved.

Our commissioning agents bring a breadth of experience with complex MEP systems utilizing energy-efficient controls strategies, a solid understanding of life safety system integration, and strong knowledge of building enclosure assemblies requiring careful trade coordination and ASTM/AAMA testing procedures. We work closely with our clients’ facilities operations staff to provide tailored support and training to ensure the transition and first year of occupancy is smooth.
